I HAD DINNER AT CAPITAL GRILLE TWICE. BOTH TIMES I SPECIFIED THAT MY STEAK BE AN EVEN MEDIUM. BOTH TIMES I RECEIVED MEDIUM- RARE (OR RARE). THE OTHER NIGHT I FOUND, AND TOOK A PHOTO OF, A STEAK CHART. SOMEDAY I WILL WALK INTO SOME KITCHEN, SOMEPLACE, WITH PHONE IN HAND, AND SHOW SOME COOK EXACTLY WHAT MEDIUM IS! A CHEF DOESN'T NEED TO BE SHOWN A PHOTO, BECAUSE THEY ARE WELL-STUDIED MASTERS OF EVERY TEMPERATURE! SO THE QUESTION IS............ WHY ARE PATRONS PAYING CHEF PRICES WHEN CAPITAL GRILLE'S KITCHEN CLEARLY EMPLOYS A COOK?

Great place to eat! I ordered the aged New York Steak and it was phenomenal 👌🏼 I had thee best waiter and they were very attentive to me and my family. They made sure my youngest daughter (1 year old) had enough Chicken Tenders and Fries .. not many places offer great food and excellent customer service.. I highly recommend this area if your looking for phenomenal steaks & friendly customer service 👍🏼

What a nice Restaurant in the town! All of the staff are genuine, expedient, and willing to engage in some friendly matter which is nice. It is a cozy place, has accommodating staff, and ample parking space. I also loved all the food that they served. You impressed me much! I must strongly recommend your Restaurant to everyone! Cheers!

My wife ordered a steak of which I advised her not to. It’s never cooked right. She will only eat well done. It didn’t come out well done, it came out medium rare, at best. We sent it back. When it came back it looked as if they threw it in the fire, not above it. Inedible The service was good but a bit slow and my meal was fine. For the prices, definitely not worth it. If you have plenty of time and want to drink, not eat, the ambience is great

I guess ultimately this is a Steakhouse. There are the normal Salmon and Chicken dishes also. Steak selections are decent but no porterhouse steaks. Cost averages out to about $100 per person if you are having a drink and that maybe without dessert. So cost is up there. The dining area is pretty nice and clean and so are the bathrooms.
