I've enjoyed the Cheesecake factory for a years now. It's always a great option for any group who's not in agreement on where to eat because they have such an extensive menu. Only now, that menu is on your phone via QR code. Other adjustments have been made to provide safety and distance for their patrons. I was actually impressed by the number of tables marked off to provide a comfortable and safe environment. For example, in an area with 5 tables, CF chose to make two available instead of three. Their layout is already on the roomy side, so I'm impressed by their choice of safety over dollars. They also provide curb side delivery for anyone at risk or wishing to exercise extra caution. I usually enjoy the food, only on my last visit the food was under seasoned. Perhaps a result of smaller staff, my drink also sat empty a majority of my meal. Granted I was thirsty, but they delivered a shade under attentive service. 4 stars, but I certainly will return to give them another shot at 5.
For a birthday lunch, it was nice to take a break from the usual and be somewhere with amazing service and food. Because it is part of a larger shopping area, going while it's busy makes finding a parking space difficult, but the walk is well worth it. The restaurant is clean, the servers are extremely nice, and the food was picture perfect, only made better by tasting the way it should.
Tried the Thai Coconut Chicken. Will be back for more... I've not always had such a good experience sitting in the bar area with other restaurants. Not the case here. Great service, stayed on top of the drinks (while not being obnoxious) and coming by with out stopping to see if we were in need of anything. And yes, a couple of times he asked if we were okay.
Not the best service, our foods didn't food come all together and it was cold
Can't complain. I wanted cheesecake and I got it to go because I wasn't waiting an hour and a half for a table, but the cheesecakes do seem significantly smaller since the last time I came here which was many years ago. I could go to Walmart and get a cheesecake just a wee bit smaller than the one I got here and a fraction of the price 🙃
